Our founder and principal consultant, John Lai, brings over three decades of expertise in diagnostic imaging. John has provided consulting services to hospitals and clinics across Ontario, helping them meet accreditation standards, optimize workflows, and implement best practices. His insights are grounded in both frontline healthcare experience and a deep understanding of industry dynamics.

In addition to his consulting work, John has worked on the supplier side as an applications specialist and account manager, offering practical knowledge of imaging equipment, software integration, and clinical applications.

Phoenix Compliance Solutions is supported by a professional leadership team with extensive expertise across all major areas of diagnostic imaging. Our consultants bring specialized knowledge in general radiography, nuclear medicine, ultrasound, and echocardiography, ensuring every project benefits from a well-rounded, multidisciplinary perspective. The consulting team also has extensive experience with the ICHSC Quality Assurance Program, enabling us to guide clients through accreditation requirements with precision and confidence.
